Role description
As a Business Analyst you will help deliver a mixture of business and technical-related activities that will result in tangible outputs for our clients. The role of a Business Analyst is to work closely with clients to investigate business situations, then identify and evaluate options for improvements to systems and operations.

Core duties
• Defining client’s strategy and develop their future operating model, support organisational change
• Have influence throughout the full lifecycle of projects and programmes from early visioning and baselining activities through to a focus on sustainability, transition to business as usual and the delivery of benefits.
• Support in developing new business processes and guiding clients through digital transformations

Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role, to allow for meaningful security vetting checks.

Qualification requirements

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM subject.
