Site Superintendent Warehouse Distribution Operations – Sulfur
Location: Galveston, Texas
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Schedule: Site operates 24/7/365; eligible for a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off
As the Site Superintendent for Sulfur Warehouse Distribution Operations, you will play a key role in leading the people, processes, and operations that keep sulfur moving safely and efficiently through Mosaic's Galveston facility. This role oversees warehouse distribution activities supporting inbound and outbound shipments while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will help develop a high-performing team, support operational reliability, and lead initiatives that enhance efficiency and performance in a complex industrial and maritime environment.
