  • Analyze company policies and procedures to ensure a standard and fair work environment
  • Investigate root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Report all operational issues to Director, including analysis and recommendations.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.

  • Must show strong project management, excellent analytical, administrative management, and organizational skills.
  • Must have excellent leadership, strong negotiation, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Excel is required

Logistic Operation Supervisor

We are looking for an organized and innovative Operations Supervisor to join our team within our automotive parts logistics operations. This individual with be a key player in supervising lineside processes to ensure smooth flow of operations.

Department: Operations

Reports to: Operations Assistant Manager

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2nd shift (training on 1st until 2nd shift fully begins) (Weekends and overtime may be required) (Schedule is subject to change based on production requirements). Training will be on 1st shift and as operation expands, position will be 2nd shift - hours tbd.

Physical Demands for a Team Member:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
  • Ability to bend, turn, and use peripherals as required to operate equipment safely within company standard operator procedures.
  • Able to operate heavy machinery including a forklift, tugger, and/or stock chaser.
  • Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing up to 50 lbs., depending on the location, throughout shift.
  • Able to work in a manufacturing environment for up to 10/12-hour shifts, and any overtime hours if applicable.


This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including a laptop computer and cell phone. The employee is generally required to spend long periods of time walking, standing on production floor. May require the ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and transport items. Accommodation will be made based on ability and accessibility.

The estimated base salary range for the Operations Supervisor is $60,000-$65,000. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that GFA reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
