Are you passionate about customer service and ready to lead a dynamic team? ProCook, a renowned name in the cookware industry, is looking for 2 skilled part time 20hrs per week Supervisors for our store in Eastbourne. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your leadership abilities while creating a delightful shopping experience for our customers.

These two roles will be for 20hrs per week each, working across Monday to Sunday on a rota, based in our Eastbourne Store

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and train staff to excel in their roles.
• Monitor sales targets, providing support and guidance to the team.
• Assist in ordering and maintaining product inventory.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Uphold store standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
