How you’ll make an impact

Bring your leadership, coaching mindset and lending expertise to a team that plays a key role in supporting FCC customers across Canada. As Supervisor, Loan Administration, you’ll lead a team of Loan Administration Technicians and help ensure the Loan Administration Centre operates efficiently, consistently and with a strong customer focus. You’ll create an environment where people feel supported, engaged and equipped to do their best work, while using your problem-solving skills and analytical mindset to guide the team through change, competing priorities and evolving business needs.

From coaching and onboarding to succession planning, staffing and continuous improvement, you’ll help shape a high-performing team that delivers quality results and contributes to FCC’s mission of supporting Canadian agriculture and food.
