- Coordinate daily operations and resources to ensure plans are executed effectively.
- Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory, and productivity to meet customer and internal KPIs.
- Supervise staff and provide necessary training to ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions.
- Handle and resolve issues related to physical operations and system transactions.
- Support new projects by setting up processes and standardizing procedures.
- Propose and implement improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency.
- Review non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and update training materials and conduct regular training for operators.
- Oversee operator/DC staff performance to ensure adherence to standards.
- Update work instructions and processes per customer or operational requirements.
- Achieve customer KPIs, departmental KPIs, and support business targets.
