POSITION SUMMARY
Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is looking for a motivated, service-oriented, and confident Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team.

Your Responsibilities
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
• Lead, support, and motivate the restaurant team during shifts
• Ensure consistent compliance with hotel and Marriott service standards
• Welcome guests and ensure a professional and personalized dining experience
• Monitor the quality and efficiency of food and beverage service
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, service team, and other hotel departments
• Assign responsibilities and organize staff according to business needs
• Monitor table management, reservations, guest flow, and service timing
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Conduct regular checks of restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and readiness
• Support training, coaching, and development of team members
• Assist with inventory, equipment, and operational controls when required
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations
• Prepare or support daily operational reports and shift handovers
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with operational and administrative tasks
• Take responsibility for the smooth operation of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
What We Are Looking For
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills
• Good command of English; Armenian, Russian
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (06:00-15:00; 15:00-00:00).
