POSITION SUMMARY: The Supplier Excellence & Readiness Assessment Lead is responsible for leading comprehensive supplier assessments that evaluate operational readiness, supply continuity, business risk, scalability, and long-term supplier capability. This is a unique opportunity to help establish and shape NFI's Supplier Excellence & Readiness Assessment program, a new strategic function focused on proactively identifying supplier risks, strengthening supplier performance, and supporting the long-term resilience of NFI's global supply chain. As the overall assessment owner, you will integrate findings from manufacturing and quality specialists to provide executive-level insight into supplier readiness, risk exposure, and improvement opportunities. As part of NFI's Supplier Development team, you will play a critical role in identifying supplier risks before they impact production, delivery performance, or business growth.

Benefits

Salary Range: $140,000-$170,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Standard Hours: 5 Days, 8 hours, Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM– 4:00PM
