Job Description

AbbVie's Supply Chain Accelerated Learning Experience (SCALE) is a unique opportunity designed to develop the next generation of Supply Chain leaders. As part of our broader Supply Chain Talent Strategy, SCALE provides early-career professionals with foundational experiences across key areas of the supply chain while building the business, technical, and leadership capabilities needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving global environment.

Through a series of rotational assignments, participants gain exposure to critical supply chain functions, work on meaningful business challenges, and develop the skills needed to accelerate readiness for future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities:

As a participant in the Supply Chain Accelerated Learning Experience (SCALE), you will gain broad exposure to AbbVie's global supply chain while contributing to meaningful business initiatives and building the capabilities needed for future leadership opportunities.

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
