What you'll do

  • Manage, update, and maintain SCM and inventory-related data accurately and on a regular basis.
  • Handle day-to-day activities related to Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management.
  • Track inventory levels, movements, and availability, and maintain relevant records.

  • Maintain accurate procurement, purchase, and inventory records and documentation.
  • Analyse SCM and inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas requiring attention.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to support SCM decision-making and operational planning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for data collection, updates, and other SCM-related requirements.
  • Provide timely data and reports to the SCM team as required.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updating of all SCM and inventory records.
  • Support the SCM team in maintaining proper documentation and smooth execution of routine processes.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies related to procurement and inventory.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized SCM & Inventory Management Executive to support day-to-day Supply Chain Management activities. The role will primarily focus on maintaining accurate SCM and inventory data, preparing MIS reports, tracking inventory, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely flow of information.
