  • 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain planning or industrial engineering.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering with global OSATs, foundries, test suppliers or semiconductor manufacturing partners.
  • Experience with enterprise planning software tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Kinaxis, Coupa).

General Summary:

The Capacity Planning Manager is responsible for leading planning coordination across all post-fab semiconductor

manufacturing processes, including Bump, Probe, BE2, Assembly and Final Test. This role requires a comprehensive

understanding of product and resource requirements, manufacturing capacity, throughput rates, capital equipment/hardware

lead times, resource utilization and sourcing strategies. Additionally, this role will oversee the development, utilization and

maintenance of internal capacity models for all post-fab semiconductor manufacturing operations.

 

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Generating short-term and long-term supplier forecasts.

• Communicating forecast demands to suppliers and collaborating closely with supplier teams to address capacity

constraints to support build plans and forecast demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical

experience.

• 5+ years of semiconductor factory production planning with proficiency in post-fab capacity modeling, including

• 7+ years of Supply Chain, Product Planning, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
