  • Maintain appropriate ordering processes and purchasing controls across wholesalers, specialty distributors, manufacturers, and other approved vendors.

  • Support supply-chain integration of newly acquired practices and new infusion locations. Assess existing drug inventory, vendors, purchasing accounts, storage capabilities, and inventory workflows. Coordinate transition to organizational purchasing standards and approved vendors.

Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain management of specialty medications and related clinical supplies used across the organization’s infusion clinics and physician offices. This includes high-cost infused and injected therapies serviced in the infusion clinics and physician-administered medications such as Botox.

The role oversees medication procurement, inventory management, purchasing controls, par-level optimization, drug availability, product transfers, shortage management, waste reduction, and supply chain reporting across multiple practice locations.
