What you'll do
- Assists with updating data associated with product conversions, and participates in the design or maintenance of par location item layout.
- Inspects and accepts deliveries, ensuring products match packing slips and identifying delivery locations.
- Completes replenishment, picking, and receiving processes in the computer to maintain accurate records.
- Tags capital equipment upon receipt and communicates necessary information to purchasing.
- Resolves invoice discrepancies related to purchase orders and prepares items for return.
- Delivers supplies, equipment, and packages to customers, ensuring accurate location delivery.
- Picks up return items, performs daily par cart inventories, and delivers supplies to assigned areas.
- Establishes relationships with clinical departments to ensure collaboration, and provides feedback on par level adjustments.
- Ensures par areas are orderly, properly tagged, and sufficiently stocked.
- Disburses materials to various facility locations according to established routes and schedules.
- Maintains warehouse and other assigned areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
