- Coordinate daily warehouse, logistics, procurement and supply chain activities.
- Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, audits and material movements.
- Ensure availability, proper storage and handling of materials, tools and equipment.
- Coordinate deliveries, transportation and import/export activities.
- Support procurement processes, supplier communication and purchase order management.
- Monitor logistics and operational costs while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare inventory, operational and cost reports for management.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and supply chain operations.
- Must be based in Vadodara, India as this is a full-time, office-based (stationary) position.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, procurement or supply chain operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, logistics and import/export processes.
- Experience working with ERP, inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Good analytical, organizational and cost-control skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with international suppliers and logistics providers is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
