- Support the development and deployment of Essity's Supply Chain strategy and lead key transformation initiatives, including the IBP program rollout and some key digital transformation efforts.
- Manage and drive high-priority projects and programs that strengthen supply chain performance, resilience, sustainability, service, and cost competitiveness.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop KPIs, and provide recommendations that support decision-making at senior leadership level.
- Track strategic initiatives, monitor progress against action plans, and ensure visibility of risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate leadership planning processes, business reviews, performance follow-ups, and regular operating rhythms.
- Prepare strategic communication materials, facilitate leadership meetings, and collaborate across Business Units and functions to drive alignment and execution.
- Contribute actively to enhancing ways of working, processes, and organizational effectiveness within the Supply Chain function.

- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience within Supply Chain, ideally gained in both an industrial company and a consulting environment.

- Proven experience leading complex projects and programs in international and matrix organizations.

About the Role
As Supply Chain Strategy & Business Development Manager, you will support the Supply Chain Leadership Team in driving Essity's transformation agenda and strategic priorities. This role combines strategy, project leadership, and executive support, offering a unique opportunity to influence key decisions across our global Supply Chain organization.
What You Will Do

Who You Are
