What you'll do
- Develop and maintain supply plans to support customer demand while balancing inventory and service level objectives.
- Manage planning activities using SAP IBP. Monitor inventory performance, safety stock levels and replenishment strategies to optimise working capital.
- Manage the purchase order lifecycle, ensuring supply plans remain accurate and aligned with manufacturing capacity.
- Identify potential supply constraints, material shortages and logistics risks, implementing mitigation plans where required.
- Work closely with Demand Planning to understand forecast changes and new product introductions.
- Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to align production schedules with regional supply requirements.
- Lead regular stock review meetings and provide recommendations to improve inventory health and supply performance.
- Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, improve planning accuracy and drive continuous process improvements.
- Support new product launches, product transitions and end-of-life planning activities.

Based in Louth, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing global supply chain function where you will play a key role in ensuring product availability across international markets while balancing inventory, service levels and operational efficiency.
