Support Staff

Under the supervision of the Clinical Support Services Supervisor, is responsible for the supervision, security and physical condition of the residential living environment and support of ATS continuum clients. May be responsible for overnight supervision of the residential clients and as needed, provides “back-up” to Detox staff for unusual admissions, crisis situation, or any on-going emergency assistance that Detox staff may encounter. Coordinates residential clients’ community appointments and monitors client program services attendance and behavior. Provides newly admitted residential clients with program orientation sessions. Coordinates client room assignments and kitchen crew work schedules and assists clients with crisis management and related case management issues.
