We are recruiting Support Workers in Llanelli…do you live locally?

The people we work with rely on their team to provide just enough support to help them get the most out of life. This means being able to run their own home, look after themselves, and fully engage in their local community.

The good news is, you don’t need any prior experience to be a Support Worker at Perthyn. We provide high-quality training so you’ll be well prepared with all the skills you need. If you have any special skills or interesting hobbies—even better!

Whether you’re looking for full-time work or part-time hours (ideal if you’re semi-retired or studying), we have flexible opportunities available.

How much we pay

Standard rate

• £13.45 per hour

• £60.00 per sleep-in

Enhanced rate

• £14.45 per hour

• £60.00 per sleep-in

Please note: Enhanced rates apply at a small number of locations to reflect more complex support needs.

We are not currently offering VISA sponsorship, although this may change in the future.
