 Hourly Rate:

  • £13.00 per hour Monday to Friday 
  • £14.00 per hour Saturday to Sunday

We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our growing team in Norfolk.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and personalised support to individuals in their own homes and within the local community. Every person we support has unique needs, and your role will involve delivering flexible, bespoke care that reflects their goals, preferences, and aspirations.

Your responsibilities will include:

About You

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

Essential requirements:

  • Experience supporting people who are neurodivergent and/or have learning disabilities.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering bespoke, person-centred care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Access to your own vehicle, as travel between clients and supporting community activities is an essential part of the role.
