Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Surveillance POA Compliance Manager (f/m) to join our Surveillance and POA Compliance team based in Toulouse, France.
You will join a dynamic, transnational team of 65 people protecting the Airbus Production Organization Approval (POA) our license to operate under EASA Part-21G. In this strategic role, you will drive POA risk management, support executive governance, and interface directly with EASA and senior Quality stakeholders to secure our industrial system.

Your challenges:
Steer department governance, operational drumbeats, and decision-making data to optimize lean compliance processes across transnational teams.
Coordinate high-level EASA reviews, preparing strategic presentations, executive summaries, and monthly progress reports for senior management.
Drive the POA Risk Management framework, facilitating workshops to identify, assess, and mitigate industrial compliance risks with Internal Control.
Manage subcontracting activities and operational budgets, defining contract specifications and supervising external service providers.
Represent the Head of Surveillance & POA Compliance in key meetings, acting as a strategic interface with internal and external stakeholders.
Your boarding pass:
Background in Quality Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Quality, Programme, or Operations within the aerospace industry.
Deep knowledge of EASA Part-21G regulations, POA standards, and risk management frameworks.
Proven track record in executive stakeholder management, subcontracting, and budget management.
Fluency in English (mandatory); additional European languages are appreciated.
