Job Description

• To be responsible for the preparation of three dimensional topographical modelling, design, working and as constructed drawings for the Landfill and other facilities;
• To control all survey activities;
• To establish and maintain systems and procedures to ensure the quality of the work of the survey team;
• To ensure that all equipment is maintained, repaired and calibrated, as appropriate;
• To ensure the surveying and drawing preparation functions meet with the required operation standards, contractual requirements and financial targets;
• To maintain a current knowledge of standards and trends in order to anticipate changes that might impact the costs of providing service and new developments in the surveying and drafting fields;
• To ensure that the works undertaken on site are in accordance with the developed ISO14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Safety Management System as appropriate.

Qualifications

• BSc in Surveying or other job related discipline
• Holder of Construction Safety (Green Card) Training
• Chartered Land Surveyor is advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Additional Information

Requirements:

• 5 years hands-on experience 
• Familiar with using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, drone deploy and Land Desktop for high quality drawings and undertake 3D modelling
• Familiar with using any other computer software is essential
