The Role

As the Sales Surveyor for the Midlands, your mission is simple: survey premium commercial sites and secure lucrative, long term contracts. This is a pure hunter role. While there are excellent opportunities to cross sell and upsell, your primary focus will be winning new business across the Midlands and East ANglia patch.

You will be surveying high value premises, predominantly within the agricultural and food production sectors, selling a comprehensive suite of premium services including standard pest control, specialised fumigation, and technical proofing solutions.

This is a work from home position requiring significant time out in the field engaging with prospective clients face to face, with just one day per month required at the head office in Norfolk.

• Industry Expertise: Proven commercial surveying and business development experience specifically within the pest control sector is absolutely essential.

• The Hunter Instinct: A track record of successfully identifying, surveying, pitching, and winning new commercial B2B business.

• Relationship Builder: The ability to engage with agricultural and food manufacturing clients to foster deep, long term contract partnerships.

• Autonomy: A self starter who thrives without micromanagement and takes pride in managing their own pipeline and technical surveys effectively.

• The Number: Someone confident in their ability to realistically deliver £30,000 to £40,000 of new business per month.
