About The Role

Knight Frank is seeking a talented Data Centres Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our growing Data Centre Valuation & Advisory team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a market-leading team that has experienced significant growth and is recognised as the largest dedicated data centre consultancy and valuation team across EMEA.

About the Opportunity:

Working alongside industry-leading professionals, you'll support the valuation and advisory of data centre assets across EMEA and beyond. You'll gain exposure to a diverse range of assignments, including:

  • Operational data centres
  • Leased facilities
  • Development sites
  • Portfolio and fund valuations
  • Transaction underwriting
  • Vendor and commercial due diligence
  • Secured lending and financial reporting assignments

You'll work closely with data centre operators, institutional investors, banks, and private equity firms, helping clients make informed investment and financing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
