Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. is a leading multi-national consumer packaged goods company (CPG), specializing in the sales of Cranberry products. Formed as a Grower-Owned Cooperative in 1930, Ocean Spray® is owned by a diverse network of over 700 Cranberry Farmers. Position Description: 

The Sustainability Intern will support Ocean Spray's sustainability efforts by collaborating with the Sustainability Team and other stakeholders to progress sustainability initiatives and reporting. This role involves collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data for sustainability reporting, customer requests, and projects. As an intern, you may be exposed to multiple sustainability initiatives through meetings, shadowing, and projects. 

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Ability requirements:  

  • Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field 

  • Strong analytical and data management skills (especially Excel; ability to work with large, complex datasets) 

  • Foundational understanding of sustainability concepts 

  • Attention to detail for data validation and reporting accuracy 

  • Research and critical thinking skills to review data, audits, and other sustainability research 

  • Clear communication and organization skills to document findings and support cross-functional projects 

Hourly Pay Range: 

$25.00 - $32.00 

Duration & Location: 

  • Position will start June 8, 2026, and run for 10-12 weeks. 

  • Traditional work week but with summer Fridays 8:00am-12:30pm; flexibility and off-site work may be required for project travel, experimental test runs, customer discovery.    

  • Interns will have the opportunity to participate in multiple events throughout the summer including leadership panels, a day of fun in Boston and learning sessions from various business functions. 

  • This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA (about 45 minutes South of Boston – Exit 6 off of Rte 495)
