This person is responsible for the development and execution of sales strategy aligned to targeted enterprise, small media business, programmatic, and agency businesses. This person will lead a skilled group of sales leaders to provide c-suite engagement, relationship development, customer account management and end-client support across a broad portfolio of ad sales, product, and marketing products in the North America Market.
This executive level role will drive commercial strategy, revenue goals, personnel keenness and ensure continued success in the advertising industry. They will create and lead the execution of key business strategies to increase market share within North American to ensure profitable results for the company.
This role requires a high degree of responsibility, passion for building successful businesses, and will be required to provide recommendations to optimize revenue growth for the business.
Role and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- BA/BS required; MBA preferred
- 20+ years of industry experience, across on media/ad tech sales, product and marketing
- Aptitude to assess, train, coach and mentor a high performing sales team.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems, and navigate large, global organizations
- Highly skilled in C-Suite and executive engagement, communication and relationship management.
- Strategic thinker, excelling at shaping and navigating complex, long-term and short-term strategies.
- Proven ability to scale and operate a global sales team of over 250+ employees
- Strong, empathetic and diplomatic decision-making skills with ability to balance priorities and front-line problems in a matrix environment.
- Aptitude to establish trust and foster a sense of accountability and transparency within the organization and your direct teams.
- Deep understanding of the video, advertising and technology ecosystem.
Salary Range Pay Transparency: Compensation for this role, for candidates based in New York City, NY is expected to be between Base range: $280,000 ~ $310,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
