  • Partner with the Senior Brand Manager and Category Manager to develop ambitious brand strategies that deliver on brand purpose and growth objectives.

  • Lead brand innovation projects through internal approval processes, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered in full and on time.
  • Support achievement of financial and market share targets while contributing to management of the brand Profit & Loss.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and profitable growth.
  • Monitor category trends, market developments and consumer conversations to identify innovative solutions and breakthrough opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, Supply, Trade Marketing and other key stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

About the role

We are seeking a commercially minded Brand Manager to support the development and execution of ambitious brand plans across the ANZ market.

 

Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and Category Manager, you will identify growth opportunities through data, insights and analysis, lead innovation projects, execute new product launches and help deliver market-leading brand performance. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple functions to drive commercial success and create meaningful connections with consumers.
