💼 Your mission – or, in other words: your tasks

• Speak our customers' language: Understand their individual requirements precisely, develop tailor-made concepts, and take care of the entire technical implementation—so that everything runs smoothly and the customer is happy.
• Be creative and solution-oriented: Develop clever, stable, and sustainable technical solutions that really help our customers move forward. You will implement these independently and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Build and operate highly available Citrix virtualization environments: You ensure that our systems are stable and performant at all times – so that there are no downtimes or waiting times.
• Commit to quality and performance: You are always on the lookout for optimizations and improvements to continuously take the infrastructure and service to the next level. There's no standing still for you!
• Solve technical challenges independently or as part of a team: Whether tricky errors or complex problems – you tackle them with intuition and team spirit and find pragmatic solutions.
• Create clear instructions and documentation: So that both our customers and internal teams always have a clear overview.

🧠 What you bring to the table – besides the desire to make a difference

• Have you completed training or a degree in an IT-related field? – Check! Then you've come to the right place.
• Do you have several years of experience with Citrix Virtual Apps, Provisioning Services, NetScaler/ADC, and FSLogix? Then you can conjure up virtual worlds like an IT magician.
• Active Directory, group policies, networks, and virtualization are part of your everyday life—not foreign concepts.
• Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune? You're the Microsoft superhero without the cape.
• Are you analytically strong, able to solve problems in no time, and work independently, in a structured manner, but also as part of a team? Jackpot!
• Business English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are highly advantageous and desirable.
