Reports to: Engineering Manager | Location: Hybrid (Ghent, Belgium) | Employment type: Payroll

Build the backbone of Europe's EV charging ecosystem.

At Optimile, we are building the future of e-mobility.

We develop digital solutions that empower Charging Point Operators (CPOs) and Mobility Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver seamless, reliable and scalable EV charging experiences across Europe.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Ops Engineer who enjoys digging into complex problems, improving reliability and security and turning recurring issues into structural solutions.

If you're at your best when tracing problems to their root cause and making systems more resilient along the way, we'd love to meet you.

Your role

As a System Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of engineering, operations and product. You'll be part of our DevOps team, but your impact will reach across our platform and engineering squads.

You'll investigate recurring incidents, alerts and vulnerabilities, make problems visible through strong observability and turn reactive firefighting into proactive prevention.

You'll also develop a strong understanding of our product and use that knowledge to build tools that help our Support and Engineering teams diagnose and resolve issues faster.
