Your next career opportunity
You will specialise in tertiary fee configuration, ensuring compliant, accurate fee structures across critical student systems, including StudentOne. You will work closely with Senior Domain Specialists to optimise processes, coordinate releases, and support peak operational periods. You will also broaden your remit, gaining experience across system access, triage, configuration, and vendor engagement.

What you will deliver:

  • Collaborate with Senior Domain Specialists to improve end-to-end student and learning processes and related system configurations.

  • Specialise in tertiary fee configuration, translating policy and legislative requirements into accurate, maintainable system rules and refinements.

  • Support system releases, including reviewing release notes, planning testing, and supporting business stakeholders through UAT activities.

  • Manage system access and support operations through onboarding, offboarding, audits, and configuration required for peak periods.

  • Triage and investigate support tickets, maintain documentation and knowledge bases, and contribute to backlog grooming and prioritisation.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have essential experience in tertiary fee configuration, including interpreting policy and legislation into practical system rules and structures.

  • Offer hands-on expertise with StudentOne or similar student management systems within a complex tertiary education environment.

  • Hold a relevant graduate qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience in technology-enabled business services.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, using evidence-based approaches to solve problems and optimise student and learning processes.

  • Excel at triaging support tickets, organising backlogs, and coordinating stakeholders to meet agreed service levels.

  • Navigate multiple systems and vendors confidently, balancing process thinking with technical configuration and collaborative delivery.
