Job Responsibilities:

Test Architecture & Strategy
• Define and drive end-to-end software test architecture, including scalable automation frameworks and reusable validation 
strategies.
• Design robust verification approaches across Sys.4 (System Integration) and Sys.5 (System Qualification) aligned with 
product architecture and SRS.
• Identify requirement gaps and influence system/software design to improve testability and quality.
• Establish standards for test design, traceability, and coverage across all validation levels.
Automation & CICT (Continuous Integration & Continuous Testing)
• Lead development and adoption of test automation frameworks for functional, integration, regression, and system-level 
testing.
• Define and implement CICT pipelines, integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows for faster feedback and quality 
gates.
• Drive toolchain integration (e.g., CANoe, vTestStudio, Python frameworks) into automated validation environments.
• Improve automation coverage, execution efficiency, and reporting through innovative solutions.
Technical Leadership & Mentoring
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to testing teams across projects.
• Mentor engineers on best practices in test design, automation, debugging, and tools usage.
• Act as a subject matter expert for complex problem-solving, root cause analysis, and system-level issues.
Validation Execution & Quality Governance
• Oversee execution of bench, integration, and system-level testing, ensuring quality and completeness.
• Drive defect lifecycle management, including root cause analysis and cross-functional resolution.
• Ensure compliance with GPEP, ASPICE, QOS, and customer requirements.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies, automation, and development lifecycle integration.
• Define and optimize test processes, metrics, and KPIs to improve efficiency, quality, and predictability.
• Promote shift-left testing, early validation, and risk-based testing approaches.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment
• Collaborate with system, software, DevOps, and quality teams to ensure end-to-end validation strategy alignment.
• Act as a key interface in design reviews, audits, and customer interactions.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with global teams and effectively coordinating with external partners to drive 
successful project outcomes.
Maintains safe work practices, complies with Magna H&S requirements, and participates in training and hazard reporting.
