What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

Lead and evolve global electrical engineering standards, specifications, and design guidelines across a diverse facilities portfolio.

Review electrical designs for capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, and critical facility improvements to support consistency, quality, and compliance.

 Guide technical strategy for power distribution, UPS, generators, transfer systems, and other critical power infrastructure.

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve resiliency, operational readiness, and long-term facility performance.

Support renewable energy and electrification initiatives, including solar, battery storage, EV charging, and utility coordination where relevant.

Translate technical requirements into clear standards, design guidance, and executive-ready summaries.

Als Systemingenieur (m/w/d) stellen Sie die termingerechte Auslieferung unserer hochpräzisen Mask Metrology Systeme sicher und tragen maßgeblich zur Einhaltung der geforderten Produktspezifikationen sowie kundenspezifischer Anforderungen bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

• Inbetriebnahme, Integration und Funktionsprüfung komplexer Teilsysteme und Baugruppen (z. B. Handler, optomechanische und elektronische Komponenten) unter Reinraumbedingungen.
• Inbetriebnahme, Konfiguration und Test elektronischer Baugruppen sowie Aufspielen und Verifizieren von Firmware auf Leiterplatten und Systemcontrollern.
• Durchführung von Systemtests sowie Analyse und Bewertung von Messergebnissen.
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Systemperformance durch Finetuning, Kalibrierung und Implementierung von Systemkorrekturen.
• Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting komplexer Hard- und Softwarekomponenten zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen Systembetriebs.
• Durchführung von Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) gemeinsam mit den Applikationsingenieuren sowie Unterstützung bei Kundenabnahmen.
• Aktive Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Endmontage- und Testprozessen nach Lean-Prinzipien.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion, Service und Applikation bei Produkteinführungen, technischen Änderungen und Optimierungsprojekten.

Minimum Qualifications

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium einer technischen Fachrichtung, beispielsweise Elektrotechnik, Mikrosystemtechnik, Physikalische Technik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
• Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, in der Halbleiterindustrie oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Statistik und Datenanalyse sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Physik, idealerweise im Bereich Messtechnik, Optik oder Präzisionssysteme.
• Begeisterung für komplexe Messsysteme und anspruchsvolle technische Problemstellungen.
• Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Analytische Denkweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und Lösungsorientierung.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
• Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
• Verfügbarkeit für einen zeitnahen Arbeitsbeginn von Vorteil
• Für eine direkte Arbeitsaufnahme in Deutschland ist eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis erforderlich
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen.
• Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme, Konfiguration und dem Test elektronischer Baugruppen sowie im Umgang mit Firmware-Updates oder Systemcontrollern ist von Vorteil.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in spezialisierte Software- und Diagnosesysteme.
