The Associate Implementation Analyst plays a key role in designing and configuring our benefits solutions for clients. You'll partner with senior team members to translate business requirements into technical configurations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality implementations. You'll demonstrate strong technical problem-solving, clear communication, and initiative in a collaborative environment.

 

What You'll Do

• Benefits Implementation: Configure proprietary software and implement client solutions using our established tools and methodologies
• Client & Internal Support: Provide maintenance and technical support to existing clients and internal benefits teams, resolving issues with clear explanations and structured resolutions
• Requirements Analysis & Design: Analyze business requirements and develop configuration designs that align with client needs
• Quality & Delivery: Set high standards for your own work, meet project schedules, provide realistic estimates, and deliver on commitments
• Team Collaboration: Work as an active member of the implementation team, providing constructive feedback to colleagues and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Professional Development: Attend training sessions to build knowledge of industry trends and enhance technical capabilities
• Operational Excellence: Maintain punctuality, responsiveness, achieve billable hour targets, and support special projects as needed

• Apply strong technical acumen to hands-on debugging, reading logs, and troubleshooting issues independently

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience (5+ years in IT, systems configuration, or implementation)
• Proficiency in SQL and MS SQL Server (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, and JavaScript
• Demonstrated experience with proprietary object-oriented configuration tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Ability to review logs and troubleshoot issues systematically

Bonus Skills

• Experience with MS SQL Server Management Studio

• Background in programming concepts (any language)

• Health & Wellness Benefits and/or Payroll systems experience

• Experience in a benefits or HR technology environment

Salary Range 58,100K - 83,000K

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
