Systems Engineering Certification Integration Manager (Level K)

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) VC-25B program is seeking a Certification Integration Manager (Level K) to integrate unique and ground-breaking compliance activities for the aircraft that will become the next Air Force One. This is an exciting opportunity to help develop and lead certification processes that utilize FAA and Military methods and apply them on one of the most impressive platforms in the world.

In this role, you will manage a team of Certification Engineers and Analysts who will lead the program’s development and execution of a complex certification strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams resulting in resolution of technical issues.
  • Coordinate and partner with the US Air Force Program Office on regulatory strategies and issues.
  • Develop strategic action plans for changes to certification processes and execute those plans through completion.
  • Own, manage and have technical aptitude to enable execution of certification process/procedure documents (BPM, BPIs, D6s, D950s, etc.).
  • Ensure proper coordination across products, platforms, and functional areas to promote culture of compliance to requirements and application of procedures and regulatory guidance.
  • Develop the master compliance documentation of the platform, including integration and analysis of all system, airframe, and interior-related compliance data. 

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in San Antonio, TX, St. Louis, MO, Oklahoma City, OK, Tukwila, WA or Everett, WA.

This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
