What you'll do
- Provides Tier I support for all infrastructure components.
- Monitors ticketing queue and escalates tickets as required
- Support of the VSI environment
- Assess emerging industry trends; anticipate and develop strategic solutions
- Manages data collection, reporting, and trending for critical devices and components
- Participates in the technical implementation of projects and initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned.

The Systems & Infrastructure Administrator I is an entry level position on the Systems Engineering team. The candidate should have a solid understanding of foundational IT concepts regarding Operating Systems, Active Directory, storage devices, networking, and security with thorough knowledge regarding the OSI Model. The candidate will require developed troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment to successfully complete technical tasks.
Essential Responsibilities
