Tactical Administrator Blue Dolphin

As a Tactical Administrator Blue Dolphin you are responsible for keeping the Blue Dolphin environment and the links with other systems, such as the CMDB, up-to-date. You support architects and functional managers, translate designs into technical specifications and provide documentation, reports and dashboards. In addition, you supervise workshops, draw up manuals and guarantee the quality and topicality of metadata. You contribute to the migration of Blue Dolphin to a new application or, if applicable, the migration of ARIS to Blue Dolphin. Tasks and responsibilities Setting up, maintaining and configuring Blue Dolphin Supporting architects and functional managers in use and management Managing and linking applications to Blue Dolphin Maintaining metadata and data catalogs Drafting technical documentation and manuals Organizing workshops and knowledge transfer for users Developing reports and dashboards Managing data integrations, API keys and links (e.g. Power BI via OData) Contributing to the migration of ARIS and/or Blue Dolphin Requirements Completed higher professional education in ICT, Computer Science or Business Information Management At least 3 years of experience in the last 5 years as a tactical manager Blue Dolphin At least 3 years of experience with functional management of Blue Dolphin Demonstrable knowledge of Blue Dolphin furnishings Available from November 2025 Advantages Knowledge of UML, BPMN, TOGAF, ArchiMate and ICT infrastructure Experience in linking applications to Blue Dolphin Experience guiding migrations to new tools
