About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Talent Acquisition Associate who will be the engine behind myHQ's hiring sourcing, screening, and moving candidates through the pipeline across our sales, operations, and marketplace verticals.
This role requires someone who knows how to source fast, understands high-volume sales hiring, can move fast and build strong pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals for sales, operations, and support roles
- Manage high-volume hiring pipelines across sales teams
- Run first-round screening calls and assess fit before scheduling the interviews with the business team
- Own interview scheduling and coordination across busy internal calendars
- Maintain pipeline hygiene, accurate records on our ATS with right stages and information
- Track offer-to-joining conversion and flag risks before they become vacancies
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for inside sales and business development roles
- Support sourcing strategy inputs for campus and lateral hiring
- Proactively create talent pools for recurring roles
Requirements
- 1–4 years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally at a fast-moving startup or services company
- Strong sourcer: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral activation
- Clear communicator: candidates should feel informed, not chased
- Genuinely organized to handle high volume bulk hiring
- Ability to work on an ATS is a plus
- Experience in sales hiring / inside sales hiring is mandatory
