Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll processing, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Preferred experience in retail hiring is advantageous.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes; retail hiring experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
