What You'll Do
- 70% TA activities and 30% of HR Analytics & Business Partnering
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for business critical roles.
- Build proactive talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to hire high-impact talent.
- Analyze recruitment and HR KPIs (Time to Fill, Headcount, Hiring Quality, Early Attrition) and drive improvements.
- Lead Pre- onboarding, and support HR processes, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Improve recruitment processes through automation and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of hiring high-quality talent.
- Experience recruiting for Operations, Last Mile, Sales, Marketing, and Business roles.
- A data-driven mindset—you use metrics to improve hiring decisions, not just report them.
- Experience building recruitment reports, dashboards, and tracking KPIs such as Time to Fill and Hiring Quality.
- Medium-Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- B2 English, with the confidence to conduct interviews and communicate with global stakeholders.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly.
- Passion for building exceptional teams, the resilience to overcome hiring challenges, the humility to keep learning, and the execution mindset to turn hiring goals into business results.
