With a growing retail footprint across multiple locations, we are looking to strengthen our team with individuals passionate about building talent pipelines and scaling our retail operations.

*Role Overview*

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in retail/creative hiring to lead end-to-end recruitment for our stores across three locations (Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad). The ideal candidate will have prior experience hiring for retail & Creative roles such as Store Managers, Fashion Associates, Creative Directors, Photographers etc. while also ensuring alignment with CDC’s culture and brand ethos.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Drive *end-to-end recruitment* for retail & creative roles across all store locations (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management).

* Build and manage a *talent pipeline* of candidates for future expansion and high-volume hiring needs.

* Partner with store leadership to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies accordingly.

* Utilize a mix of sourcing channels — job portals, social media, referrals, and retail hiring networks.

* Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both skill and cultural fit criteria.

* Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to streamline onboarding and ensure smooth joining experiences.

* Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, attrition trends) and prepare regular reports.

* Represent the CDC brand in all candidate interactions, ensuring a strong employer brand presence in the retail market.

*Requirements*

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

* *Mandatory:* 5–9 years of proven experience in Retail hiring & Creative hiring (fashion, lifestyle, footwear, or related industries preferred).

* Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of retail hiring channels.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates across locations.

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines.

Location: Delhi (Saket; Monday-Saturday)
