- Strategic Hiring & Partnering: Act as a trusted consultant to local leadership and hiring managers, assessing talent needs, creating compelling job profiles, and aligning recruitment with business growth.
- RISE Strategy Execution: Drive the talent ramp-up for the Romanian expansion, managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational, and strategic profiles.

For Airbus Defence and Space in Bucharest, we are looking for a dedicated and strategic professional to join our HR team within the legal entity in Romania.
Within the framework of RISE (Romanian Initiative for Strategic Expansion), Airbus is significantly scaling its footprint and operational excellence in Romania.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a strategic architect of our local success story. You won't just fill vacancies — you will build the pipeline of innovators and leaders who enable Airbus to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
