Job Description

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team to identify, screen and hire qualified candidates for our Global Business Organisation (GBO). In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing passive candidates and cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for LinkedIn through innovative outreach methods. You will work to reduce the time it takes to fill each position while continually striving to improve the satisfaction of your hiring managers.

This role is based in Dublin.
