About the Role

 OpenLoop is looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from building talent strategies to closing top candidates. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to understand workforce needs, proactively source diverse talent, and design recruiting strategies that scale with our growth. Reporting to our Director, Technical Recruiting, you’ll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and a champion of the candidate experience.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on full-cycle R&D recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the drive to grow quickly in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Base salary Range for this position in Ontario, Canada is CAD$71,152 - 88,940 (In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a bonus and equity.)
