THE ROLE
We’re in an incredibly exciting space in tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. At Everpure (formerly Pure Storage), you’ll lead with innovative thinking, grow alongside a high-performing team, and help build the talent that powers our business. We’re looking for an experienced technical sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. This role will support hiring across a variety of functions and offers a unique opportunity to influence hiring strategy in a fast-growing, high-impact environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Proactively source and identify candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and internal databases
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial outreach and engage candidates through personalized messaging
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Screen resumes and profiles to assess basic technical fit and alignment
- Track sourcing activity and pipeline metrics in ATS/CRM tools
- Continuously explore new sourcing strategies, tools, and market insights
- Support diversity hiring initiatives by expanding sourcing channels and strategies
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT DO YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting for technical roles
- Strong understanding of technical roles
- Experience using sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
