  • Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline and drive the full-cycle recruitment process, with a particular focus on technical recruitment across multiple geographies (including Software Developers, Data Engineers, Systems Engineer, Product Designers, and Product Managers among others)
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to execute on our hiring strategies, meet quarterly hiring targets, and ensure a uniformly stellar candidate experience
  • Seek out new and creative ways to find and engage the most passionate and high potential candidates, both active and passive
  • Represent Clio with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity. We hire according to our values
  • Other duties as required.

Summary:

Our Engineering and Product teams are expanding, and we are looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team on a on a 12 month fixed term basis, with potential to go permanent. If you are passionate about attracting quality talent and driven to shape and execute creative talent acquisition strategies for technical roles this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
