About The Role
Zekelman is seeking a driven, customer-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts with a strong emphasis on high-volume hourly manufacturing and construction positions while also supporting professional and salaried hiring needs. This is a hybrid position in downtown Chicago and with travel requirements around 10%.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Experience recruiting both hourly operations talent and professional-level positions.
Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition processes, and employment laws.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Comp Range: $65K - $85K
