About this role
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment plans based on monthly and projected manpower requirements
- Develop appropriate sourcing and recruitment strategies including digital platforms
- Screening, evaluating and coordinating interviews with relevant stakeholders
- Organize walk-in interviews, recruitment drives and other hiring campaigns
- Ensure adequate pipeline coverage for anticipated attrition and business growth
- Responsible for Recruitment Analytics and MIS
Preferred candidate profile :
- Minimum 7 to 8 years in core BPO recruitment
- Excellent spoken English and written communication
- Must have leadership hiring experience
