Talent Acquisition Specialist (d/f/m), Part-time or full-time

What your new challenge will look like

• Enable and support the growth of the Czech 4flow team by developing and executing talent acquisition initiatives

• Screening, managing administrative and organizational tasks as well as conducting interviews in accordance with needs

• Identifying and inspiring potential new 4flowers through actively searching on currently used networks

• Acting as first point of contact to hiring managers and external parties

• Monitoring efficiency and introducing current trends and ideas and promoting their implementation, develop innovative concepts and measures for the areas of recruiting and active sourcing

• Supporting our international team members when needed

• You can effectively manage your workload while working part-time for 30 hours a week with possible extension up to full-time or full-time right from the beginning (40 hours a week)

• You have min. 1-3 years of practical experience in HR, particularly in recruitment

• You have successfully completed your studies in business administration or a related field of study with a focus on human resources

• You know have a good understanding of local labour market (min. CZ)

• Your communication skills in English and Czech are very good and you are confident with MS Office tools

• You are detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and open minded

• You appreciate an international environment and a motivated team and like to have fun at work. You like to take on responsibility and meet challenges with creative solutions
