Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing top technology talent, and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Working and managing end-to-end recruitment within the stipulated timelines and building the talent pipeline to achieve hiring targets.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
- Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Working well on your own as a high-impact individual contributor.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in hiring tech staff. QA,DA, SSE Recruitment experience is an added advantage.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Define and execute various interview techniques and evaluation methods as per the roles.
- Accustomed to social media, databases resumes, and professional networking.
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.
- Work from Office only. (Monday to Friday)
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Technical recruitment, preferably in QA, DA, SDE, etc.
- Startup experience is a plus.
Education:
- A full-time B.Tech/ BE Degree from a recognized university
