Talent Acquisition- Tech Hiring

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in Tech Hiring and volume recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring across technology roles, managing multiple positions simultaneously, and delivering on high-volume hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.

* Own end-to-end recruitment for Tech roles across various levels and skill sets.

* Manage volume hiring and multiple open positions simultaneously.

* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, databases and other channels.

* Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate fit.

* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive closures.

* Coordinate and manage bulk hiring drives, walk-ins and weekend hiring drives as required.

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant tech talent.

* Ensure timely interview scheduling, feedback tracking and candidate follow-ups.

* Manage offer discussions, candidate engagement and joining follow-ups.

* Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and hiring dashboards.

* Work on improving sourcing strategies and turnaround time for high-volume requirements.

 * 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to Tech Hiring.

* Hands-on experience hiring for technology roles in a volume / fast-paced recruitment environment.

* Experience handling multiple tech requirements simultaneously.

* Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.

* Good understanding of technology roles and basic technical skill requirements.

* Strong candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience managing hiring drives and bulk recruitment initiatives.

* Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.

* Ability to work with tight timelines and manage high-volume hiring targets.

* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

Someone who is hands-on, target-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage high-volume Tech hiring independently while maintaining a strong candidate experience and stakeholder connect.
