  • The ability to turn ambiguous hiring needs into structured talent strategies, using business context, market intelligence and sound judgment to recommend clear next steps.
  • Experience owning full-cycle searches, ideally for technology, technical or analytics roles, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing, talent engagement and building pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with experience using talent intelligence, competitor mapping, external market trends and recruiting data to identify patterns and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Confidence partnering directly with hiring leaders, including asking thoughtful questions, sharing informed perspectives and respectfully challenging assumptions when it can lead to a better outcome.

The Crown Is Yours

As a Talent Advisory & Delivery Specialist, you'll help shape the teams that shape DraftKings by combining exceptional full-cycle recruiting with talent intelligence, thoughtful partnership and an instinct for what the business needs next. You'll work directly with hiring leaders and colleagues across the business to turn hiring priorities and talent-market insights into focused strategies that strengthen current and future talent pipelines. You'll move beyond transactional recruiting by bringing informed perspectives, challenging assumptions and using data, technology and AI to make smarter talent decisions. With end-to-end ownership of your searches, you'll balance pace with precision, accountability with empathy and technology with human connection, delivering the talent and experiences that help DraftKings compete and grow.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,000.00 USD - 95,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
